Join P.J. Simmons, Director for Strategy & Programs at Sea Studios Foundation for a discussion after the viewing

Mr. Simmons, before joining Sea Studios Foundations founded and directed the Environmental Change and Security Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He has also worked for the National Security Council's Global Environmental Affairs Directorate and has published on global governance, environmental security, the role of NGOs and civil society in international relations. Simmons received his B.A. in political science (summa cum laude) from Tufts University, his M.A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS, was a Fulbright scholar in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and received a certificate in conservation biology from Columbia University.
